Setup assistant
You set up your menu, opening hours and delivery area yourself, guided step by step. If you prefer, hfoods can take over the full setup for you, and we will quote the price on request.
Admin panel
Menu, opening hours, delivery areas, discounts and orders in one place, on desktop and mobile.
Order terminal
Incoming orders land on your Android device and print automatically on a compatible receipt printer.
Email confirmations
Guests receive an order or reservation confirmation by email. You receive a copy for your records.
Reports
Revenue, order volume and best sellers, exportable whenever your accountant asks for them.
Support and updates
Product updates and support are part of the monthly price. There is nothing extra to license.

The web shop is 99 EUR net per month, the app shop 149 EUR net per month. Businesses in Germany, and businesses elsewhere in the EU without a VAT ID, pay 19 percent German VAT on top. With a valid VAT ID from another EU country the reverse charge procedure applies, and outside the EU no German VAT is added. There is no commission per order and no setup fee for the packages, so the monthly price plus your payment provider's transaction fees is what you pay. Multiple locations and franchise groups are quoted individually.
No. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The contract runs indefinitely. Cancel monthly, effective at the end of your billing month.
The setup assistant, menu import, your branding, the domain connection, the admin panel, the order terminal app with receipt printing, reports, product updates and support. Hardware such as an Android device and a receipt printer is not included, and we are happy to advise on models that work well.

We build the app under your restaurant's name and upload it to the App Store and the Play Store through our developer accounts. As store policies get stricter, your own developer accounts may be needed as a fallback. Apple and Google then bill those fees to you directly, because the accounts belong to you. Whether and when the app appears is decided by Apple and Google.

The web shop and the emails to your guests run in German, English and Lithuanian, the admin panel in German, English, Lithuanian, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Greek, Croatian, Romanian, Swedish and Norwegian Bokmål. Your own app comes in the language of your country, and the order terminal is in German today. Booking and the contract are in German. Operating elsewhere?
